CET Seed Grants

CET offers support directly to faculty members and staff at Cal Poly (including both tenure-line faculty and lecturers) through the Seed Grant Program. Seed Grants are small, pilot projects for individuals or teams of faculty members, that produce results or data that faculty members need to apply for a larger, externally funded project. Projects run from 1 July to 30 June. Up to $4000 is available per project for student assistants, equipment, travel, and faculty compensation.

Grant development
If you ready to write a proposal for an externally funded grant that is broadly relevant to CET’s work, CET can help! We can assist with finding collaborators, identifying funders, workshopping ideas, helping construct sound proposal logic models, and creating budgets.
